Novaland Iconic Concept explores how architecture, landscape, and light can transform a coastal destination into a sequence of memorable experiences. The proposal brings together three distinctive gestures: a flowing elevated promenade, a sculptural observation tower, and a monumental waterfall framed by bold red structures.
As daylight fades, integrated lighting traces the promenade’s curves and illuminates the landmarks, revealing a vibrant evening identity. Together, these elements shape a destination defined by discovery, shared experiences, and a strong sense of place.
