Blue Diamond at 10 Ky Dong brings a contemporary presence to the streetscape through a slender glazed façade and a distinctive composition of light. Dark framing establishes a precise architectural rhythm, while blue illuminated lines accentuate the building’s height and contrast with the warm glow of the spaces within.
At ground level, a broad entrance canopy creates a generous sheltered arrival. Its flowing soffit, articulated with closely spaced warm-toned slats, introduces a softer counterpoint to the tower’s linear geometry. Tall stone-clad columns, transparent glazing, and planted edges frame the entrance, giving it depth and a welcoming sense of scale.
