A vibrant riverfront where landscaped gardens, sculptural walkways, and waterfront leisure come together.

The Le Phong waterfront concept brings together riverside leisure, landscaped parkland, and a distinctive architectural skyline. A continuous promenade follows the water’s edge, connecting a yacht marina, waterfront pavilion, gardens, and gathering spaces. The design creates a varied sequence of experiences, from lively social settings to quiet places overlooking the river.
A ribbon-like elevated walkway winds through the landscape, its colorful enclosure forming a sculptural landmark among the trees. At ground level, flowering gardens, shaded seating, children’s play areas, and sports courts support recreation across generations. A central waterfront plaza, framed by slender illuminated columns and fountains on the river, provides a focal point for shared experiences.
