Nguyen Giang Quyen
With over 20 years of experience in design, construction, and project management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. My 17 years at Coteccons General Contractor, combined with leadership roles as General Director and Deputy General Director in various corporations and real estate companies, have honed my ability to deliver excellence.
Driven by a relentless passion for design and construction, I aim to establish an organization that leverages my experience to help clients achieve outstanding results. This vision forms the foundation of UKDSGN – The Ultimate Key, where the focus is on creating superior products that exceed expectations and set new benchmarks in the industry.

HUNG NGUYEN (BOHR)
From 2012 to 2016, I had the incredible opportunity to work as an Assistant to Prof. Henner Herrmanns at Hochschule Koblenz in Germany.
Since 2015, I’ve brought my passion for design to the SKT Architecture Office in Bonn, Germany. With over 15 years of experience in prestigious foreign design firms, I’m excited to leverage my expertise to drive innovation, elevate design products, and lead the UKDSGN project team toward an inspiring future of growth and success!

- BA in Architecture – University of Architecture HCM, graduated in 2004
- Master of Architecture at Hochschule Koblenz in Germany, graduated in 2012

KARNO E.NGUYEN
I have honed my skills in Hospitality, Healthcare, and Corporate design by working at leading architecture firms in Houston, Texas, where I gained invaluable corporate culture and design language experience. In Vietnam, through my involvement with the Hotram project and collaborations with major consulting firms like Steelman Partners and B+H Architecture, I have further expanded my understanding of people and culture, allowing me to approach each client as unique. As Project Director at Core, and now with UKDSGN, I aspire to serve as a local consultant, helping foreign corporations navigate Vietnam’s market and ensuring successful project outcomes.
